We are committed to empowering and educating teen girls to take charge of their future. That’s why we are pleased to launch the 4th Annual POWER UP WOMEN’S CONFERENCE for Teens.

Each year the women of the Power Up Women's Conference supports a local charity which helps women and children. This year, we are supporting Pearls Empowerment, mentoring for girls.
Pearls Empowerment, Inc. is a diverse 501 (c) (3) organization, faith-based mentoring program open to ALL girls 5th thru 12th grade, no matter their economic status. We seek to inspire, empower & nurture the potential in each girl, addressing the whole child so they are prepared, equipped, affirmed & renewed for success!

PEARLS motivates girls via monthly workshops & team-building activities encouraging them along their journey to becoming young women. Session themes include: self-esteem | self-awareness | body image & fitness | etiquette | college readiness, STEM initiatives, etc.
